Our custom cold/hot massage ball helps to reduce tension, tightness and soreness in muscles.

For cold therapy, simply freeze or cool the ball by placing it in the freezer or in ice cold water before massaging.

For warm/hot massage therapy, place the massage ball in warm or hot water (not too hot to burn) before massaging.

How Often Should I Use It?

As often as your muscles need it. We typically recommend massaging your muscles up to between 2-3 times a day depending on your fitness or daily routine. Some muscle areas may typically need more attention than others. Consult with your local practitioner or trainer for more personal advice.
